MorninMate is a smart alarm and morning routine app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using MorninMate, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect:
During onboarding and through app use, we store:
For each alarm you create, we store the alarm label, time, repeat days, and sound/pulse settings.
Each time an alarm fires, we record whether you successfully completed the wake-up game (success or failed). This powers your streak and XP tracking.
We store your profile icon preference in your device's local storage for quick access between sessions.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.
Your data is stored on Supabase (supabase.com), a cloud database and authentication platform. Supabase encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies so that each user can only access their own data.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data brokers.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all profile data, alarms, and wake session records are permanently removed.
MorninMate is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
